Employee Directory
Select “Employee Directory” under “Employee Information”.
The “Employee Directory” page appears.
The “Employee Directory” page is divided into two sections:
Left pane
Right pane
Left Pane
The left pane of the “Employee Directory” screen consists of the following tabs:
My Team
Favourites
Search
Tab – My Team
The “My Team” tab lists all the employees along with their designation.
Note: For supervisor, this tab displays all the subordinates under that particular supervisor and for employee who does not have any subordinates; it lists all the peer employees along with the supervisor.
Right Pane
The right pane of the “Employee Directory” screen displays all the details related to a particular employee.
Note: On selecting a particular employee from the left pane, it displays all the relevant details about that particular employee in the right pane of the screen.
The following details are displayed in the right pane:
The photo (highlighted with a green colored circle) of the employee
Note: The circle indicates the availability status of the employee. It indicates that the employee is available as on date. This is grayed when employee is on Training / Travel / Leave.
The name of the employee.
The id of the employee.
The employee’s supervisor.
The department to which the employee belongs.
The official phone number, mobile number and email id of the employee.
The seat number and office address of the employee.
Status
The status of the employee as to whether the employee is on leave (leave end date), training (The date till which the employee is undergoing training) or travel (The date till which the employee is in travel) is displayed under this section.
Reporting to To view the status of the request raised by self. The status could be of “Draft”, “Pending for Authorization”, “Rejected”, “Unauthorized”, and “Authorized”.
The supervisor of the employee to whom the employee is reporting and the designation of the supervisor are displayed under this section.
Emergency Contact Details
A display only text box showing the emergency contact details of the employee.
The following details are displayed in the 'Emergency Contact Details' text box.

Note: If the login user is mapped to the ‘Supervisor role’ and has logged in as supervisor, then on clicking on any team member, the emergency contact details of the concerned team member can be viewed.
Mail Interface
Notifications such as the ‘employee’s birthday’ and ‘work anniversary’ is also shown as mail interface.
Note: You are allowed to click these mail links to wish employees with available templates. This could be configured with the templates that the client system is having.
Tab – Favourites
Click icon on the top right corner
of the “Employee Directory” screen to add a particular employee under
this “Favourites” tab.
Tab – Search
The “Search” tab enables you to search for a particular employee.
Enter the search criteria in the Search field.
Search By |
From
the drop-down list box, select the required option. The combo
is loaded with “Department”, “Position”, “Work Location” and “Employees”
for you to choose. By default |
Filtered By |
From
the drop-down list box, select the required employment unit. The
combo is loaded with various individual employment units for you
to choose. By default Note: You are allowed to search employee from a specific employment unit or all employment unit. |
Click “Get” pushbutton. The relevant details of that particular employee get displayed in the right pane.
